血清cTnI和心肌酶谱四项联合检测在急性心肌梗死诊断中的临床意义

目的：探讨血清cTnI和心肌酶谱四项联合检测在急性心肌梗死诊断中的临床意义。方法：随机选取临床50例已确诊为急性心肌梗死的患者，进行血清心肌钙蛋白cTnI和心肌酶谱四项检测，分析其检测结果的准确性和检测方法的特点，为临床急性心肌梗死的诊断及治疗提供参考。结果：50例急性心肌梗死患者均通过血清cTnI和心肌酶谱四项联合检测，均呈阳性，其中41例血清cTnI呈阳性，9例为心肌酶谱肌酸激酶同工酶呈阳性，根据两项检测指标联合判定为急性心肌梗死。结论：急性心肌梗死发病急迫、一旦发病则现危象，如患者能得到及早诊断，对挽救患者的生命和患者预后有重要意义。血清cTnI和心肌酶谱四项联合检测覆盖了患者的整个发作周期，是临床较为精准的诊断急性心肌梗死的方法。

Conclusion：The incidence of acute myocardial infarction urgent,once the disease is present crisis,such as patients can get early diagnosis,saving the lives of patients and the prognosis of patients.
