尤瑞克林治疗急性脑血栓形成的临床观察

目的：观察尤瑞克林治疗急性脑血栓形成的疗效。方法：将121例急性脑血栓形成患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组（A组）63例，除基础用药外，另用尤瑞克林0．15PNAU加生理盐水250ml静滴1a／日；对照组（B组）58例仅用基础用药。使用美国国立卫生研究所脑卒中评分（NIHSS）和残疾指数（mRSIndex）评价神经功能恢复情况。结果：①治疗14天后，尤瑞克林治疗组的NIHSS评分、mRS评分较对照组有明显改善（P〈0．05）；治疗组有效率高于对照组（90．48％vs75．86％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。②两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论：尤瑞克林治疗急性脑血栓形成安全有效。

Therapeutic efficacy of urinaryka llidinogenase on acute brain infarction

Objeetive：To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and the safety of urinaryka llidinogenase on acute brain infarction. Methods： 121 patients with acute brain infarction were enrolled into the study and divided randomly into 2 groups. The patients in group A（n=63）were treated with the edaravone--defibrase combination, and ones in group B（n= 58）were treated only with conventional therapy. The primary efficacy end points were functional status including favorable functional status（NIHSS and mRS Index） at 14 d. Results; There were a significantly greater proportion of favorable functional outcomes in group A than in group B at 3 months. The neurological functional deficits had more improvement in group A than ingroup B at 14 d. Cnnclntion： The urinaryka llidinogenase is effective to improve the neurological function and the ability of daily living for acute cerebral infarction.
