中医心理学治疗老年人肺癌临床研究

目的：观察中医心理学干预治疗老年人肺癌的临床疗效。方法：收集总参某干休所2007年5月--2010年7月，确诊的42例老年肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组21例，对照组21例患者采用老年肺癌的茕规疗法；治疗组21例患者在对照组治疗的基础上施行中医心理学干预治疗，两组均连续的治疗4周，8周后观察疗效。每四周休息为3—5天。结果：治疗组在负性情绪、体重变化、生活质量、咳嗽、咳痰、乏力、气短等方面，疗效均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中医心理学干预治疗老年肺癌对降低负性情绪、改善临床症状以及生活质量等方面均有较好的疗效，具有较高的临床价值。
