科室内护理组长在护理层级管理实施中的实践与效果分析

摘    要:目的:分析护理组长在护理层级管理中的作用。方法:对照组实施护士长-责任护士-助理护士的护理层级管理模式。观察组实施护士长-护理组长-责任护士-助理护士的护理层级管理模式,观察组内任命一名学历较高、理论精通、业务能力强的护士作为护理组长。对比两组护理人员的各项指标情况。结果:观察组专业技术操作得分、专业理论知识得分、病区护理质量得分、患者健康教育覆盖率均显著高于对照组,而不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);且观察组医生认同度得分、患者满意程度得分均显著高于时照组(P〈0.05)。结论:护理分层级管理中设立护理组长岗位,可显著提高护理质量,标志着护理管理理念进步。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the role of nursing leader in nursing level management. Methods: Control group implement the matron responsibility--the nursing assistant nurse--nurse hierarchy management mode. The observation group implements the matron-nursing leader-- responsible nurses-- assistant nurses-- nursing level management pattern. Within the observation group, we appoint a nurse with higher degree,theoretical proficient and strong business capability as nursing leader. Comparing the two groups each index of nursing staff. Results:The observation group has a high score ward in professional technical operation points, professional theory knowledge score, nursing quality, and the patient health education coverage were significantly higher than control group (P 〈 0.05). Identities scoring, patient satisfaction scores were significantly higher than those in control group for observation group doctors (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Nursing stratification level management in nursing leader position established,can significantly improve the ouality of nursing,marked the nursing management concept progress.
