58例复方甲硝唑糊剂治疗根尖周病的临床分析

目的：总结研究复方甲硝唑糊剂治疗牙根尖周病的临床疗效.方法：收集近年来经我院治疗的58例患者进行牙片检查,根据患者有无瘘管情况分别治疗.有瘘管的患者在无叩痛、根管无渗出物后,用氧化锌丁香油糊剂中加入碘仿、甲硝唑（灭滴灵）的配方进行根管填充,无瘘管的患者即刻填充.结果：本组治愈：55例（94.8%）;好转：2例（3.4%）;无效：1例（1.7%）.结论：运用在氧化锌丁香油糊剂中加入碘仿、甲硝唑（灭滴灵）进行根管填充的方法治疗根尖周病疗效显著,值得推广

Conclusion：Use in zinc oxide clove oil add iodoform paste and metronidazole（destroy drops spirit root canal filling）method to treat periapieal diseases curative effect is distinct, worth extending.
