胃镜下被膜食管支架置入治疗食管气管瘘临床分斯

摘要：目的：分析胃镜下被膜食管支架置入治疗，对晚期食管癌患者吞咽功能的恢复作用以及对肺部感染的影响，方法，对我院2001年1月-2009年12月的11例（其中男7例，女4例，年龄43～78岁，平均年龄61．5岁）采用胃镜下被膜食管支架置入治疗的晚期食管癌患者进行分析。结果：11例晚期食管癌患者均一次性成功置入镀膜镍钛记忆合金食管支架，且置入后吞咽功能及肺部感染情况均有明显改善。结论：胃镜直视下置入被膜食管支架治疗食管气管瘘是一种安全、有效的治疗措施，能有效改善晚期食管癌患者的症状，提高患者的生存质量，延长存活时间。

Objective： Endoscopy esophageal stent placement under the capsule, on swallowing function in patients with advanced esophageal cancer as well as the recovery of the role of pulmonary infection. Methods：The hospital in January 2007-December 2009 to 11 cases （7 males and 4 females,aged 43 to 78 years,mean age 61.5 years） using the endoscopic capsule placement in the treatment of advanced esophageal stent analysis of patients with esophageal cancer. Results： 11 patients with advanced esophageal cancer patients were successfully implanted in a one--time anti--reflux esophageal stent CZES capsule and swallowing function after implantation and lung infection showed significant improvement. Conclusion： The endoscopic capsule under direct vision into the treatment of esophageal fistula esophageal stent is a sale and effective treatment measures can improve symptoms in patients with advanced esophageal cancer, improve patient quality of life and prolong survival time.
