| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨诱发慢性前列腺炎的危险因素。方法 对100例在山西医科大学第二临床医学院泌尿外科门诊确诊的慢性前列腺炎患者进行相关因素的问卷调查，采用logistic回归分析，判断危险因素。结果诱发慢性前列腺炎发生的危险因素可能是：频繁手淫，久坐，晚婚，性格内向，辛辣食物。结论良好的工作生活习惯，健康的心理可以预防慢性前列腺炎的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the risk factors associated with chronic prostatifis. Methods One hundred outpatients with chronic prostatitis in the department of urology in second clinical medical college of Shanxi Medical University were surveyed with questionnaires. The related risk factors associated with chronic prostatitis were analyzed with logistic regression analysis. Results Frequent masturbation, prolonged sitting, delayed marriage, introverted characteristics and spicy food may be the related risk factors of chronic prostatitis. Conclusion Better living and working habits, healthy psychology may prevent the development of chronic prostatitis. |
