复方莲子心制剂对微循环的影响

观察２４例患有高血压、冠心病及其他慢性疾病患者在口服复方莲子心制剂前后的甲襞微循环，并与正常健康组比较。结果表明：该制剂能从各个方面改善患者的甲襞微循环，然而各疾病组在治疗后的微循环综合积分值仍显著高于健康人。

Effect of Compound Powder of Plumula Nelumbinis on Microciroulation

The changes of nailfold microcirculation in 24 patients were observed before and after treated with Compound powder of Plumula Nelumbinis(crude drug powder).The 24 petients(15females and 9 males)between 35 and 60 years of age with various diseases including hypertension,diabetes mellitus,coronary heart disease and other chronic diseases.The results showed that the preparation can markedly improve microcirculatory disorder in these subjects.However,in the patient groups,after treatment,a significantly higher(P<0.001)score value level was noted as compared with that in healthy controls (n=7).
