糖尿病患者红细胞钙含量与红细胞变形性

摘    要:用火焰原子吸收法测定Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)24例红细胞钙总量及用激光衍射法测定其红细胞变形性(RCD)。测定50例NIDDM之红细胞在150、200、250、300及350mmol/L5种渗透压悬液中的变形性。结果表明,正常成人红细胞钙总量为33.62±12.80μmol/L,RCD降低的NIDDM患者,其红细胞钙总量明显升高(46.37±23.37μmol/L,P<0.05),而RCD正常之患者则接近正常水平。不同渗透压悬液中的最大DI值(DImax)显示,RCD降低之NIDDM红细胞在250及300mmol/L的DImax显著减小(P<0.001);而在150及200mmol/L的低渗范围,其DImax接近正常,符合内粘度加大的DImax渗透压曲线特征。

Abstract:The total calcium content and deformability of Erythrocyte(RCD) were studied in NIDDM(n=24). The total amount of calcium in erythrocyes was determined with a flameless atomic absorption appaeratus.The RCD was measured using a laser diffraction technique and variations in suspending medium osmolality of 150,200,250,300 and 350mmol/L while the shear stress operated was the same level(30.9 Pa, n=50).The results showed that the total Ca content of control erythrocytes was 33.62±12.8μmol/L, while that of the erythrocytes in patients with diminished deformability was improved significantly(46. 37±23. 7μmol/L,P<0.05). In contrast, the total Ca content of erythrocytes of patients with normal deformability was at control level.The DImax of erythrocytes of patients with decreased deformability in the suspending medium of 250 and 300mmol/L were 0. 58±0. 06 and 0.51±0. 02 respectively(P<0.01). and DImax in hypotonic media of 150 and 200mmol/L were apparently normal. This phenomena reflected the increase of internal viscosity of cells owing to the increase of total Ca content and presence of glycohemoglobin etc.
