| 摘 要： | 应用自行研制成功的硝苯吡啶注射液，静脉滴注５ｍｇ治疗７８例慢性肺心病并心力衰竭者，发现其疗效显著，临床症状、体征均有明显好转，治疗前、后的血气分析及血液流变学各项指标均有显著改善，未见明显不良反应，值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | The Nifedipine injection was self-made.It was obviously effective for the treatment of 78 patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure(HF) by vein drip 5 mg.After treating,their clinical symptom and signs,various indicators of their blood gas.flowing forms and states of blood were improveded significantly,and no bad reponses was fond.Its widely clinicl applications is recommended. |
