| 摘 要： | 用酶联免疫吸附法研究４０例高血压、冠心病病人的抗心磷脂抗体。分为抗心磷脂抗体阳性组和阴性组。同时进行甲襞微循环观察。二组病人比较：异形管袢、袢周状态、流态等有明显差异。抗心磷脂抗体阳性组微栓数也明显增加。提示抗心磷脂体可作为监测冠心病、高血压病情程度及变化的指标。

| Abstract: | Antieardiolipin Antibody (ACL) and formation of thrombus in body have some relation.ACL of coronary heart disease (CHD) and hypertension with ELISA in 40 patients were studied.Divite two groups:positive of ACL and negative of ACL.At same time, nailfold microcirculation was observed.The two groups were quite different in comparison with each other; group of postive of ACL thrombus distinct increases.These suggest that ACL could be used as a objective index to asses CHD and Hypertension degree on forecast change of patient's condition. |
