冠心病患者的循环阻力

摘    要:对有高血压病史的100例冠心病人进行了血压、指动脉压、毛细血管压、甲襞微循环检查,并对其中20例心肌梗塞患者进行正中静脉压测定。结果表明:舒张期血压、正中静脉压与正常组对比有显著性差异,毛细血管压有极显著性差异。收缩期血压、指动脉压差异不显著。微循环见血流速度减慢、红细胞聚集、血色变暗,垂危者出现白色血栓。提示冠心病时循环阻力增大,与病情严重程度呈正相关。降低循环阻力可作为探索治疗冠心病的新路。

Abstract:patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and hypertensive history were measured,including blood pressure, arterioler pressure of the finger,eapillary pressure,nailfold microcirculation and vena pressure were measured in the 20 patients with myocardial infaction of them.The results showed that the diastolic pressure and vena pressure in the CHD group were higher than normal group,P<0.005,the capillary pressure markedly higher than the normal group, P<0.01.There are not significantly difference in systolic pressure and arteriolar pressure.The microcirculation showed that the velocity of blood flow was slower,erythrocyte aggregation,color of blood becomes dark,there were white microthrombi in dangerous patients.The results showed the increse of resistance circulation in CHD and the different degree of diseaseswere positive correlation.To decrease the resistance of circulation may be new way of treatment for CHD.
