| 摘 要： | 对４０例产后妇女甲襞微循环、血液流变进行观察，发现产后微循环有不同程度的障碍，血液流变学检查发现其全血高切、低切粘度，全血高切、低切还原粘度，血浆纤维蛋白原等升高；实验结果提示，血液聚集性和凝固性升高，红细胞变形能力下降。

| Abstract: | Changes of microcirculation and hemorheology were observed on 40 cases of postpartum women.The results showed that there were stasis of nailfold microcirculation in different degrees and obviously higher in whole blood viscosity, reducing blood viscosity(both in high and low shear) and fibrinogen.These results explained that increasing on aggregation and coagulation of blood,decreasing on erythrocyte's deformability. |
