| 摘 要： | 目的分析治疗体表不同部位瘢痕中皮肤软组织扩张器外露的原因。方法选取69例不同部位扩张器置入治疗瘢痕的患者,其中有11例扩张器外露,对外露的原因进行分析。结果头面颈部扩张器外露发生率为26.7%,四肢躯干扩张器外露发生率为7.7%;感染、切口选择不当、扩张囊的折角等可造成扩张器外露。结论头面颈部扩张器外露发生率高于四肢躯干扩张器外露;切口选择、解剖层次、扩张器的放置是预防扩张器外露的关键。
