| 摘 要： | 目的对2010年进行年度体检的1635例中老年人腹部彩超检查结果进行分析,探讨该群体的发病规律。方法统计2010年体检的1635例不同年龄段的中老年人腹部彩超检查中各疾病的发病率。结果疾病总检出率93.4%,病例分布以前列腺增生最高,其余依次是肝囊肿、肾囊肿、脂肪肝、胆囊结石、胆囊息肉。结论腹部彩超检查是一种无创性,操作简单,能检查出腹部重要脏器的常见疾病,适合常规体检。
