舟曲泥石流灾后30天救援官兵心理及干预状况调查

目的了解参加舟曲泥石流救援30天后官兵心理健康状况及心理干预的效果。方法应用症状自评量表对参加救援30天后的750名官兵进行测评,并给予相应的心理干预。结果 SCL-90总分≥160分为14人,占11.29%;SCL-90表中重度症状前四类为睡眠与饮食、抑郁、焦虑和人际敏感;心理干预后,人际敏感、偏执等因子明显低于地方常模(P<0.05或P<0.01),躯体化、抑郁、焦虑和睡眠与饮食等与干预前有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论参加舟曲泥石流救援30天后的官兵心理健康状况良好,有针对性的心理干预效果明显。

Investigation of the Mental Health and Psychological Intervention of the Rescue Troops 30 Days after Zhouqu Debris Flow

Objective To investigate the mental health of the rescue troops 30 days after Zhouqu debris flow and the effect of psychological intervention.Methods SCL-90 scale was applied to 750 soldiers 30 days after they took part in the rescue to test their mental status;and certain relevant psychological intervention was performed.Results 14 people got the total score of SCL-90 scale ≥160,taking up 11.29%;the first 4 symptoms of severe degree in SCL-90 scale were sleep and diet,depression,anxiety and interpersonal sensitivity;after psychological intervention,the scores of interpersonal sensitivity and paranoid ideation were obviously lower than those of Chinese norm（P0.05 or P0.01）;there existed a significant difference in the symptoms of somatization,depression,anxiety,sleep and diet after the intervention from those before intervention（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusions The rescue troops held a good psychological status 30 days after taking part in the rescue,relevant psychological intervention produced obvious effect.
