| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-13（MMP-13）在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义,分析MMP-13的表达与乳腺癌病理类型、临床分期、组织学分级以及淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法选择70例乳腺癌标本,并以30例乳腺增生症标本为对照,采用免疫组化SP法检测组织中MMP-13的表达情况,结合病理类型、临床分期、组织学分级以及有无淋巴结转移进行分析。结果乳腺癌组织中MMP-13的阳性表达率（72.8%）显著高于乳腺增生症（13.3%）,且乳腺癌组织MMP-13表达阳性积分亦显著高于乳腺增生症（P〈0.05）;MMP-13的表达与乳腺癌组织的临床分期、组织学分级及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）,而与乳腺癌组织的病理类型无关（P〉0.05）。结论乳腺癌的转移与MMP-13的表达有关,乳腺癌组织中的MMP-13为高表达。
