唐汉钧教授治疗臁疮经验介绍

唐汉钧教授认为臁疮急性期以湿热蕴阻为标，脾虚失运为本，治以清化湿热、健脾燥湿为主，兼以活血通络。慢性期以经脉瘀滞为标，脾肾亏虚为本，治以活血通络、温化寒湿为主，兼补脾肾。并注重内外合治，多途径给药，结合运用中药外洗、湿敷、丹剂、油膏等，取得显著疗效。

He considered that in the acute stage, the accumula- tion of damp - heat is the secondary aspect and the deficiency of spleen with failure of transportation is the primary aspect, and should be treated mainly by therapeutical principles of damp - heat - clearing, spleen - strengthening and damp - drying, associated with blood - circulation - activating and collateral - dredging. While in the chronic stage, the bolld stagnation of meridian is the sec- ondary aspect and the deficiency of spleen and kidney is the prima- ry aspect, and should be treated mainly by the therapeutical princi- ples of blood - circulation - activating, collateral - dredging and cold - damp - warming, associated with spleen - kidney - tonify- ing. He paid attention to the combination of internal and extermal treatments and various way of medication including exteral washing, wet compression, medical pellets, medicinal ointment, etc.
