| 摘 要： | 目的建立血压平喷雾剂质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对该制剂中薄荷、芍药、川芎、当归进行定性鉴别;并用高效液相色谱法测定血压平喷雾剂中芍药苷的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。芍药苷在0.008～0.402mg/mL的范围内线性关系良,相关系数r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为98.21%,RSD=1.29%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便准确,重复性好,可作为血压平喷雾剂的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard for Xueyaping Spray.Methods Haplocalyx Briq., Radix peaoniae Rubra, Radix angelicas sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong were identifi ed by TLC, the content of peoniflorin was determined by HPLC.Results The spots was clear and distinguished well by TLC, and the negative control is non-interference.Peoniflorin was linear within the range of 0.008～0.402mg/mL.The average recovery was 98.21% with RSD of 1.29%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, it can be used for quality control of Xueyaping Spray. |
