奥拉西坦联合多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的临床效果观察

目的 探讨奥拉西坦联合多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的临床效果.方法 选择我院70例血管性痴呆患者,随机分为观察组和对照组.2组均给予对症处理,对照组给予奥拉西坦,观察组给予奥拉西坦联合多奈哌齐.采用简明精神状态量表、日常活动能力量表对2组患者治疗前后认知功能进行评定.结果 观察组治疗前MMSE评分、BI评分分别与对照组治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义（P＆gt;0.05）;观察组和对照组治疗后MMSE评分、BI评分分别与本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组治疗后MMSE评分、BI评分与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 奥拉西坦联合多奈哌齐能够改善血管性痴呆患者认知功能,疗效显著.

Observation of the clinical efficacy of oxiracetam combined with donepezil on vascular dementia

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of oxiracetam combined with donepezil on vascular dementia. Methods 70 cases with vascular dementia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were given symptomatic treatment： the control group was given the oxiracetam and the observation group received ox iracetam combined with donepezil. The cognitive function was evaluated by the Mini--Mental State Examination（MMSE） and the ability of activities of daily living scale（barthel index,BI） in two groups before and after treatment . Results The MMSE score and BI score in the observation group was no significantly different with those in the control group before treatment, there （P〉0.05） ;The MMSE score and BI score in the observation group and control group after treatment were significantly different with those in two groups before treatment respectively（all P~0.05）; The MMSE score and BI score in the observation group were significantly different with those in the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oxiracetam combined with donepezil can improve cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia, and the curative effect is significant.
