马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性脑梗死的疗效分析

目的 探讨马来酸桂哌齐特在辅助治疗急性脑梗死中的应用价值.方法 选择我院2011-03-2013-03收治的急性脑梗死患者80例,按不同治疗方式随机均分为对照组（常规治疗辅以血栓通）和实验组（常规治疗辅以马来酸桂哌齐特）,对2组患者的治疗效果进行比较.结果 实验组总有效率82.5%,明显高于对照组的55.0%（P＜0.05）;实验组治疗14 d后神经功能缺损评分均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）;2组患者经治疗14 d后的血浆纤维蛋白原水平比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性脑梗死效果显著,能明显改善患者神经功能,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical analysis on cinepazide maleate in the adjuvant treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the application of cinepazide maleate in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from March 2011 to March 20]3 were divided into Control group （conventional therapy＋Panax Notoginseng Saponins） and study group（conventional therapy＋cinepazide maleate）, and the ef- ficacy of two groups were compared after 14 days. Results The total effective rate of study group was 82.5% ,which was sig- nificantly higher than that of control group（55.0 %）（_P~0.05） ;the neurological deficit score in study group were significantly lower than that in control group after 14 days（P〈0.05） ;there were significant differences between two groups in level of fibrinogenstudy group：（1.9±0.4）g/L,control group： （3.8±0.6）g/L]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cinepazide maleate has a significant effects on treating acute cerebral infarction, and can effectively improve the neurological function, so is worthy of clinical widely.
