住院医师临床能力的现状调查

目的：研究当前医疗机构中住院医师的临床能力情况，了解高校扩招以来住院医师临床能力的变化，分析影响住院医师临床工作能力变化的有关因素。方法：根据各地区经济和医疗水平发展不均衡的状况，共选取辽宁等5个省以及北京1个直辖市的12所医院进行访谈调查。结果：12所医疗机构中．1所医院认为较以前有所提升，2所医院认为住院医师临床能力较扩招前没有明显变化，其他9所认为存在明湿下降趋势；其主要影响因素有制度用素、社会因素等。结论：要完善相关制度，改善住院医师临床实践环境，借鉴住院医师培训优秀做法．提高住院医师临床能力。

Investigation on resident doctor clinical capacity status

Objectives： To realize the clinical capacity statue of resident doctors and the changes pre-post medical college broaden recruit and to analyze the factors influencing resident doctor＇ s clinical capacity. Methods： Based on the difference of social and economic development and medical development, 12 hospitals belonged to 5 provinces and Beijing were selected. Focus group and in-depth interview were used. Results： In the 12 hospitals, resident doctors＇ capacity in one hospital has improved after broaden recruit, resident doctors＇ capacity in 2 hospitals has not significant changed and the other 9 hospitals＇ has decreased. The main influence factors were institutional factor and social factor. Conclusions： Relative institutions will be considered to be improved, clinical practice conditions be promoted and advanced resident doctor training mode be referred to improve resident doctors＇ clinical capacity.
