Anderson-Hynes术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄

目的 探讨肾孟输尿管连接部狭窄的治疗方法。方法 采用Anderson-Hynes术，术中置双J管引流。结果 术后3～12个月分别行B超，IVP，逆行肾孟造影(RP)检查，结果肾积水明显减轻，吻合口通畅．随访12～30个月，术后病人症状消失。结论 Anderson-Hynes术是治疗肾孟输尿管连接部狭窄的有效方法，成功率高；双J管能起到引流通畅及内支架管的作用，缩短了住院时间，使用安全可靠。

Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty for treatment of stricutre of ureteropelvic junction

To evaluate the operative treatment of ureteropelvic junction(UPJ) stricture. 32 cases of UPJ obstructioni had double-J tubes placed intraoperatively during Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty. It was shaved by B-ultrasonography, IVP and RP cretrograde pyelography that the anastomosis site in all the cases was smooth 3~12 months after operation, the symptoms vanished in the follow-up period of 12~30 months. Conclusions] Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty is an effective procedure for the treatment of pediatric UPJ obstruction. A doble-J tubes can serve as internal stent and drainage and shorten the hospital stay. It is safe and dependable.
