| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定硫酸小诺霉素含量的柱前衍生化反相高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱:KromasilC18柱（4.6mm×150mm,5μ）;流动相:水-冰醋酸-甲醇（30:5:65）配制的0.02mol/L的庚烷磺酸钠溶液;检测波长:330nm。结果:线性范围为0.0976-0.9760mg/ml（r=0.9999）,重复性试验的相对标准偏差RSD为1.0％（n=6）。结论:本法专属性强、准确、灵敏,可以作为硫酸小诺霉素含量测定的首选方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method by pre - column derivatization to determine the contents of mi-cronomicin sulfate.METHODS:Kromasil C18 column( 150mm X 4.6mm,5u),mobile phasewater-ice acetic acidmethanol(30 5 : 65) in 0.02mol/L sodium -heptanesulfonate. The detection wavelength was set at 330nm.RESULTS:The linear range was 0.0 976mg/ml-0.9 760mg/ml,(r = 0.9 999),the RSD of the replicate test was 1.0%(n = 6) .CONCLUSION:The method is specific,accurate and sensitive. |
