术后早期炎性肠梗阻38例诊治体会

目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻（EPISBO）的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析38例术后早期炎性肠梗阻临床资料。结果35例于术后5～7d发生,3例于8～14d发生。38例患者均经胃肠减压、营养支持、应用生长抑素和激素等非手术治疗治愈,平均治愈时间为14d。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在术后1～2周,均具有典型的肠梗阻症状、体征,较少发生肠绞窄,主要原因为炎症粘连,保守治疗有效。

Analysis of the Early Postoperative Inflammatory Iieus

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,dignosis and treatment of the early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstructive（EPISBO）.Methods 38 cases with EPISBO were analyzed retrospectively.Results EPISBO occurred in 35 cases within 5 to 7 days after operation,3 cases within the 8 to 14 days after operation.38 patients recovered after conservative treatment including gastrointestinal decompression,nutritional support,somatostation,TPN and other medications.The mean cure time was 14 days.Conclusion EPISBO usually occurred within the 1-2 weeks after operation,all have typical symptoms and signs of the intestinal obstruction.Conservative treatment should be the first choice for EPISBO.
