补肾壮骨胶囊对糖尿病骨质疏松症骨代谢及股骨生物力学相关指标的影响

摘    要:目的观察补肾壮骨胶囊对糖尿病骨质疏松症骨代谢及股骨生物力学相关指标的影响。方法设正常组,模型组,中药低、中、高剂量组及西药对照组。除正常组外,其余各组用四氧嘧啶腹腔注射建立糖尿病大鼠模型,各组予相应药物及生理盐水灌胃7周,并以二甲双胍作为基础用药。灌胃7周后处死大鼠,测定各组大鼠骨皮质、骨小梁积分光密度,计数骨母细胞、破骨细胞及成骨细胞,测定股骨生物力学各项指标。结果中药各剂量组及西药对照组骨皮质、骨小梁积分光密度,每视野下骨母细胞数、成骨细胞数及股骨生物力学各项指标与模型组比较显著升高,每视野下破骨细胞数显著下降(P0.05或P0.01)。结论改善骨代谢及股骨生物力学可能是补肾壮骨胶囊防治糖尿病骨质疏松症的机制之一。

Effects of Bushen Zhuanggu Capsule on the indexes of bone metabolism and femoral biomechanics of diabetic osteoporosis

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Bushen Zhuanggu Capsule (BC) on the indexes of bone metabolism and femoral biomechanics of diabetic osteoporosis (DO). Methods There were six groups : normal group, model group, BC low dose group, middle dose group, high dose group and Western medicine control group. Except normal group, the others were copied into DM models by injecting alloxan in abdominal cavity. In the experiment period, each group was administrated correspondent medicines and normal saline respectively for 7 weeks, and metformin hydrochloride tablets were used as basic medicines. After rats were killed, the integral optical density of cortical bone and bone trabecula were detected, the number of osteoplasts, osteoclasts and osteoplasts were counted, the indexes of femoral biomechanics were detected. Results Compared with model group, the integral optical density of cortical bone and bone trabecula, the number of osteoplasts and osteoblasts, the indexes of femoral biomechanics were significantly increased in all BC dose group and Western medicine control group, the number of osteoclasts were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Improving bone metabolism and femoral biomechanics maybe one of the mechanisms that BC prevent and treat DO.
