外伤性肱骨干骨折治疗79例报告

目的:熟悉这一疾病的发病机制和并发症.更好地了解治疗和减少并发症的方法.方法:简单的肱骨干骨折可用石膏或夹板固定.严重的伴有桡神经和肱动脉损伤的要立即行显微外科手术.结果:本组优秀和良好的结果占88.7％.结论:肱骨干骨折常合并有桡神经和肱动脉的损伤.对有肱骨干骨折的病例必须要仔细检查.在严重的病例中,也必须要检查肩和肘关节功能,以及前臂和手的血液循环.

Treatment of Injured Humeral Shaft Fracture Reports: 79 Cases

Objective: To familiar with etiopatholoy and complication of this disease and learn wellabout the methods of treatment in order to reduce the complications. Methods: The simple fracture of the humeral shaft was treated by plaster cast or splint. Serious injuries accompanied by radius never and humeral artery injuries were quickly operated with microsurgery. Results: Excellent and good results were 88.7%. Conclusion: The fracture of the shaft of the humerus is usually combined radius never and humeral artery injuries. The cases of the fracture of the shaft of the humerus must be carefully examined. The function of shoulder and elbow joint and circulation of forearm and hand must be carefully examined too in the serious cases.
