| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨先天愚型并先天性心脏病的术后护理。方法 介绍3例小儿先天性心脏病并先天愚型的术后护理体会。先天性心脏病并先天愚型患儿智力低下，反应差，营养不良，术后并发症多。结果 护理上应全面掌握病情，掌握拔气管插管的时机，加强呼吸道管理及营养支持。结论 恰当的护理提高抵抗力，减少并发症，降低死亡率。

| Abstract: | The postoperative nursing of 3 cases of pediactric congenital heart disease with Down's syndrome usually have lower IQ, poor response, undemutrition and more complications in the postoperation. The good respiratory tract management, enough nutrition, proper opportunity of extraction tracheal cannula and careful monitoring were very important during the postoperative nursing. |
