| 摘 要： | 目的：观察保心汤对冠心病心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法：62例患者分为保心汤组和对照组，分别采用保心汤和西药治疗4周后观察2组患者血浆一氧化氮的变化和治疗心绞痛的疗效。结果：2组治疗后心肌缺血心绞痛及心电图明显改善(P＜0．05)，2组间比较，差异无显著性(P＞0．05)，血浆NO保心汤组明显升高(P＜0．001)，与对照组比较差异有显著性(P＜0．01)。结论：保心汤能提高冠心病心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)患者的一氧化氮水平，从而保护血管内皮功能。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Baoxin decoction on plasma nitric oxide (NO) in patients with angina pectoris. Methods: 62 patients with angina were randomly divided into Baoxin decoction group and control group. The curative effectiveness and the change of plasma nitric oxide were observed after 4 weeks treatment. Results:There was no significant difference in curative effectiveness between the two groups. But plasma NO level in the Baoxin decoction group was significantly increased as compared with that in the control group, with the difference being significant ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Baoxin decoction can elevate the NO level in the patients with angina pectoris (asthenia of qi hypostasis type) and improve endothelial function. |
