| 摘 要： | ①目的研究急性脑梗死患者应激性血糖升高与近期预后的关系。②方法按发病后48小时内的空腹血糖水平,将94例非糖尿病性急性脑梗死患者分为血糖升高组、血糖正常组,观察病变程度、病变体积及预后。③结果血糖升高组于入院后第1、3、7、28天神经功能缺损程度评分（Neurological Deficit Score,NDS）分别为21.5±9.2、27.1±12.7、25.7±11.0、22.5±11.4,血糖正常组为18.9±15.7、21.8±15.1、18.5±14.2、16.0±15.6;入院后第28天应用Barthel指数（BI）进行日常生活能力评价,血糖升高组为40.29±17.62,血糖正常组为72.67±21.24;血糖升高组病灶大小19.6±3.1,血糖正常组12.8±2.3;血糖升高组总有效率34.1%,血糖正常组64.1%;差异均有显著性（P〈0.05）。④结论应激性血糖升高与急性脑梗死病情发展有关,可作为预测病损程度、判断预后的指标之一。
