药学指导对糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响

目的：探讨药学指导对于糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响效果。方法：本次研究纳入82例患者，皆为惠州市龙门县人民医院2012年4月-2013年4月接待的糖尿病患者，根据患者自愿原则随机分为研究组与对照组，每组各41例。对照组患者采用常规药物及注射胰岛素制剂进行治疗，而研究组则在对照组治疗方法上给予药学指导。对2组患者的用药依从性进行观察及对比分析。结果：研究组患者用药依从性的评价明显比对照组高，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：糖尿病患者在治疗基础上给予积极的药学指导，可以明显提高患者的用药依从性，值得临床借鉴。

Effect of Pharmacy Guidance on Medication Compliance of Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the effect of pharmacy guidance on medication compliance of patients with diabetes mellitus. METHODS： A total of 82 patients with diabetes mellitus seen in Guangdong Huizhou Longmen County People＇s Hospital between April 2012 and April 2013 were randomized to either control group （routine therapy plus insulin injection preparation） or trial group （ routine therapy plus insulin injection preparation as well as pharmacy guidance） of 41 each. The medication compliance in the two groups was analyzed contrastively. RESULTS： The medication compliance in the trial group was significantly higher than in the control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. CONCLUSION： For patients with diabetes mellitus treated with routine therapy plus insulin injection preparation, the pharmacy guidance provided for them can significantly improve their medication compliance, hence it is worthy of clinical recommendation.
