外科系统围术期预防性应用抗菌药物合理性分析

目的：了解某院外科系统围术期抗菌药物使用情况，促进临床合理用药。方法：对某院外科系统围术期抗茵药物使用情况进行调查分析。结果：254例外科系统手术病历中有157例手术预防性应用了抗茵药物，抗菌药物使用率为61．81％，其中Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用率为39．38％，Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口抗茵药物使用率均为100％；抗菌药物应用存在不合理现象，主要表现为药物选择不合理、给药时间不合理、用药疗程不合理、换药无指征、联合用药无指征等。结论：外科系统围术期抗菌药物应用趋于规范，但还应进一步加强抗菌药物的应用管理及督导工作。

Analysis of The Rationality of Perioperative Prophylactic Use of Antibiotics in Surgical Patients

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in surgical patients to promote clinical rational use of antibiotics. METHODS： The perioperative use of antibiotics in surgical patients of a hospital was reviewed analytically. RESULTS： Perioperative use of antibiotics was noted in 61.81% （157 cases） among the total 254 surgical cases reviewed, and in 39. 38% of the patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision operation and 100% of those undergoing type Ⅱ or type Ⅲ incision operations. The antibiotic use was somewhat irrational which manifested as irrational drug choice, irrational of administration timing or duration, and drug change or drug combination in the absence of indications etc. CONCLUSION ： The perioperative use of antibiotics in surgical patients tends to be rational yet intensified management and supervision on antibiotic use is needed.
