2008-2012年遂宁市中心医院门诊麻醉药品应用分析

目的：了解遂宁市中心医院门诊麻醉药品的临床应用情况及用药趋势，为麻醉药品的科学管理及合理应用提供参考。方法：对2008-2012年我院门诊麻醉药品应用数据进行统计和分析。结果：我院门诊麻醉药品销售金额大体呈逐年上升趋势；盐酸吗啡缓释片用量及用药频度（DDDs）排序一直稳居第1位，可待因片呈增长趋势，哌替啶注射液及其片剂用量却呈减少趋势，其他药品则基本稳定。结论：我院门诊麻醉药品用药结构基本合理，临床医师对麻醉药品的使用日趋合理。

Analysis of Outpatient Utilization of Narcotic Drugs in Suining Central Hospital During 2008-2012

OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the status quo and the tendency of the clinical outpatient utilization of narcotic drugs in Suining Municipal Central Hospital so as to provide reference for scientific management and rational use of narcotic drugs. METHODS： The outpatient utilization data of narcotic drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2012 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The consumption sum of narcotic drugs in outpatients showed a year-on-year increase. Morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets dominated the list of DDDs steadily; codeine phosphate tablets showed an upward trend yet pethidine injection and pethidine tablets showed a downward trend and the other drugs remained basically stable in consumption quantity. CONCLUSION： The outpatient utilization of narcotic drugs in our hospital was basically rational in medication structure and the clinical utilization of narcotic drugs has became more and more rational.
