超声在髓内肿瘤术中的临床应用

目的 探讨超声在髓内肿瘤手术术中定位的作用。方法 回顾性分析超声引导下髓内肿瘤手术35例。结果 15例室管膜瘤中全切除14例（93．3％），1例血管母细胞瘤及1例脂肪瘸全切除（100％），18例星形细胞瘤全切除9例（50％），无手术死亡。24倒随访2月至1年（平均6月）肌力恢复正常9例（25．7％），改善16例（45．7％），不变9例（25．7％），加重1例（2，9％）。结论 在显微手术切除髓内肿瘤时，通过超声引导可帮助术中定位、减少手术创伤并有助于提高手术效果。

Clinical Application of Ultrasound in Surgical Treatment to Intramed ullary Tumor

Objective To discuss the application of ultrasound in surgical treatment to intramedullary tumor.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to 35 operations of intramedullary tumor guided under ultrasound.Results Total resection was performed in 14 cases out of 15 cases with ependymoma(93.3%),in 1 case with hemangioblastomas(100%),in 1 case with pimeloma(100%),in 9 cases out of 19 cases with astrocytoma(50%);no death in the operation;Follow-up was made to 24 cases for 2 months to 1 year,total recovery of myodynamia was found in 9 cases(25.7%),improvement in 16 cases(45.7%),no change in 9 cases(25.7%),myodynamia deterioration in 1 cases(2.9%).Conclusions In micro-operation of intramedullary tumor resection,ultrasonic guidance may help intraoperative location,reduce the injury and raise the effect of the operation.
