复方丹参滴丸联合舒血宁治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

目的:观察复方丹参滴丸口服联合舒血宁静脉滴注在常规治疗的基础上对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。方法:抽取我院确诊为冠心病心绞痛的住院患者143例,随机分为两组:对照组(71例),按西医常规治疗;观察组(72例),在对照组的治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸(CDP),10丸/次,口服,3次/d和舒血宁注射液(SI)20ml加入5%葡萄糖水250ml静脉滴注,1次/d,21d为1个疗程。疗程结束后检测并计算下列指标:WBC、CRP、FIB、心电图改善情况及总有效率。然后进行统计学分析。最后观察两组药物治疗的不良反应。结果:治疗后总有效率:对照组为81.7%,观察组为98.6%(P<0.01);静息心电图两组均显示有改善,但观察组为97.2%,对照组为85.9%(P<0.05);WBC、CRP、FIB两组均有改善,观察组较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:观察组疗效肯定,较对照组常规治疗具有一定优势,且无明显药物不良反应,值得临床推荐和进一步研究。

Clinical Study on Therapeatic Effects of Patients with Angina Pectoris Treated by Compound Danshen Dripping Pills and Shuxuening Injection

Objective:To study and observe the therapeutic effects of patients with angina pectoris(AP) treated by compound danshen dripping pills(CDP) and shuxuening injection(SI).Methods:143 patients with AP were divided into two groups randomly:the control group(71 cases) was treated by western medicine routine therapy;the observation group(72 cases) was given CDP 10 pills tid by oral and SI 20ml into 5% glucose injection 250ml by intravenous dripping qd for 21 days.After therapy,the indexes such as WBC,CRP,FIB and EKG were detected and then calculated total effective rate in two groups which its comparison and statistical analysed.And then to observed adverse effects of the drugs.Results:After therapy,the total effective rate in the control group and the observation group were 81.7% and 98.6% respectively there were more statistical significance(P<0.01);change of EKG were significance improved in the two groups but effect rate of EKG in the observation group was 97.2% and that the control group was 85.9% showing significance difference between the two groups(P<0.05);after therapy WBC,CRP and FIB were improved in all which the observation group were better the those of the control group(P<0.05 in all).Conclusion:The clinical effects of patients with AP treated by CDP and SI were define and its were better than the control group having no toxic and side effects and its was warth recommending in clinic and further study.
