摘    要:体内许多器官,如肾、脑、肝等都可发生缺血/再灌注损伤(IRI)。IRI后,细胞周期检验点将受损伤的细胞阻滞在相应的位置进行修复,若修复成功,细胞进入下一个周期,否则发生凋亡。在细胞周期调控中,细胞周期蛋白、细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶、细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制因子三者非常重要。现对IRI时细胞周期蛋白、细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶、细胞周期依赖性激酶抑制因子三者调控细胞周期的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)exists in many organs including kidney,brain,liver,and so on.In ischemia-reperfusion injury,cell cycle checking point blocks the injured cells in corresponding positions for repair,if successful,cells will go into the next cycle;otherwise,apoptosis happens.Cyclins,cyclin-dependent kinases(CDK)and cyclin-kinase inhibitor(CKI)are very important for the cell cycle regulation.Here is to make a review on the study progresses of the cell cycle regulation by cyclins,CDK and CKI in IRI.
