| 摘 要： | 目的观察消疹汤治疗小儿慢性荨麻疹临床疗效。方法62例小儿慢性荨麻疹病人随机分为两组。治疗组31例口服中药方，对照组31例口服朴尔敏每日0．2mg／kg，分三次口服，两组疗程均为2周。结果总有效率治疗组为93．55％，对照组为74．19％，治疗组皮疹消失、瘙痒消失、皮疹渗出消失时间均较对照组有显著差别，P〈0．05。结论消疹汤具有很好的治疗小儿荨麻疹的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiao Zhen Tang （eliminating measles soup） for children＇ s chronic urticaria. Methods 62 children with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （n = 31） were treated by taking Chinese medicine orally, the control group （n = 31 ） were given chlorpheniramine, 0.2mg/kg, three times per day. They were treated for 2 weeks in two group. Results The total effective rate is 93.55% for the treatment group, and 74.19% for the control group. There is significant difference for the two groups. The time that the skin rash, pruritus and exudation disappeared in treatment group is much shorter than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xiao Zhen Tang （Eliminating measles soup） is of a good effect on childhood chronic urticaria. |
