癌症手术患者家属焦虑状况调查分析与对策

目的通过调查80例癌症患者家属的焦虑状况，进一步探讨家属的焦虑心理对患者的影响，从而寻找相应的对策，促进患者的疾病恢复。方法选择我科80例癌症患者家属，在患者入院后2—5天向家属发放焦虑量表，并给予相应的指导。结果家属焦虑得分与常模比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01），提示多数患者家属均有不同程度的焦虑状况发生，并且绝大部分焦虑程度为中度以上。结论通过了解患者家属的焦虑程度及焦虑的相关因素，采取相应的对策，减轻家属的焦虑程度，使家属具有良好的身心状态，从而有利于患者的疾病恢复，提高患者的生活信心，改善和提高患者的生活质量。

The Investigation and Strategy for the Anxiety Conditions of Cancer Operation Patients' Families in Surgical Departments

Objective Through the investigation of 80 cancer operation patients' families,we would like to investigate further more the effect of their anxiety conditions for the patients' mental state and find out the corresponding strategy.Methods 80 cancer patients' families in our department were chosen to fill the anxiety scales between the 2nd to 5th day after their admission and some corresponding directions were given.Results Compared with the norm,the cancer patints' families' anxiety scores had significant difference(P<0.01),which showed that most families had occurred different degree of anxiety and bulk of their anxiety degree were above midrange.Conclusions Through the investigation of the cancer patients' families' anxiety degrees and the correlation factors,we take valid and corresponding strategy to relieve the families' anxiety degree,recover their satisfactory physical and mental station,increase the patients' living confidence and improve the patients' quality of life.
