心力衰竭患者血清可溶性ST2水平的测定及其诊断价值

目的：探讨血清ST2与其他心功能指标相比在心力衰竭中的临床运用价值。方法：随机选取心力衰竭的患者192例，正常对照组81例，应用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清ST2水平。所有入组病例均详细询问病史及实验室检测血清超敏C反应蛋白、BNP、肌钙蛋白及肌酸激酶同工酶Mb水平及心脏超声等检查。结果：血清ST2水平与BNP、超敏C反应蛋白、左室射血分数以及患者的近期预后具有相关性。结论：与BNP和超声心动图相比，血清ST2在心力衰竭的诊断中具有一定的敏感性和特异性。血清ST2与BNP的联合检测对心力衰竭的诊断和预后评估具有更高的临床价值。

Measurement of serum soluble ST2 in patients with heart failure and its diagnostic value

Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the characteristics of ST2 with other markers in patients with heart failure. Methods: We randomly selected 192 heart failure cases as research target which heart function is obviously improved by clinical treatment, and 81 health people as the normal control group matching in age, stature and so on. They all received ST2 test at entry. Associations between ST2 and demographics, and other biomarkers were examined, and echocardiography examination was performed at the same time to measure left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left atrial diameter. A statistical analysis was used to analyze the relationship between these items. Results: The ST2 values correlated with B-type natriuretic peptide, high sensitivity c-reactive protein and left ventricular ejection fraction. Conclusions: Compared with echocardiography and BNP, ST2 showed a high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing heart failure.
