重型颅脑损伤合并应激性溃疡30例护理体会

本文围绕重型颅脑损伤合并应激性溃疡病症及护理方法进行了讨论。通过30例病历的观察,主张采用下胃管,禁食水,随时监测有无出血,同时鼻饲给药及抗休克治疗,使30例患者无一例死于应激性溃疡出血。并指出重型颅脑损伤合并应激性溃疡是脑外伤常见的合并症,只要严密观察,加强护理,就可以减轻症状,挽救患者生命,对重型颅脑损伤治疗有很大帮助。

The Digestive Tract Complication and Nursing in the Patients with Acute Severe Head Injury

This article is conducted with the digestive tract complication and nursing in the patients with acute severe head injury. We have investigated 30 patients, and made an availale method- keep stomach pipe to monitor bleeding, diet resistance, treatment of shock. None of them died of digestive tract complication. Our conclusion is: digestive tract complication was of- ten one of the death reasons which made the clinic therapeutic difficult. It is very important to be observed and managed in early period. This method will hopefully to improve the final outcome of patients.
