肺癌p16蛋白表达及其临床意义

目的探讨ｐ１６蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用ＳＡＢＣ法，对５５例肺癌常规石蜡标本进行ｐ１６蛋白的免疫组化测定。结果ｐ１６蛋白的表达广泛存在于正常肺组织和部分肺癌组织中，阳性定位主要在细胞浆，少部分在细胞核内。ｐ１６蛋白在肺癌表达的阳性率为５６．４％，其表达与肺癌分化程度及患者预后有关（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与其组织实型及有无局部淋巴结转移无明显关系（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论ｐ１６蛋白表达缺失与肺癌的分化不良有关。可作为临床判断肺癌分化程度及预测患者预后的一个重要参考指标。

The Expression of p16 Rrotein in Lung Cancer

Objective To expore the expression of p16 protein in lung cancer and its clinical significance.Methods The immunohistochemical determination of p16 protein of the routine paraffin samples of 55 cases with lung cancer was carried out using SABC method.Results The expression of p16 protein was widely seen in normal lung tissue and part of lung cancer tissue. Positive localization was mainly inside the cytoplasm. The positive rates of the expressin of p16 protein was 56.4% in lung cancer tissues, and the expression was related to the degree of differentiation and prognosis ( P <0.05), however it had no relation with tissue types and lymphatic metastasis.Conclusion The expression of p16 protein is related to poor differentiation of lung cancer and can be taken as an important reference index clinically to evaluate the degree of differentiation of lung cancer and predict the patient's prognosis.
