护生临床实习前强化教育的模式与效果

摘    要:护生的临床实习是学校教育的深化与延续,岗前培训是临床实习的第一步,是架起护生从课堂到临床的桥梁。本文对215名护生进行为期2周的岗前培训,分全面教育、基础知识与技能培训、小结考核三阶段进行,取得较为满意效果。表现为:护士职业自豪感增强,护士角色适应快,动手能力提高,自控能力强。

Abstract:Preprofessional training is very important for it is the first step of the nursing students' clinical practice which is the depth and extension of school education, and is the bridge between the classroom and the clinic. Now, we have conducted 215 nuring students preprofessional training for two weeks, and the result is satisfied. After full education, basic-knowledge, skill training and examination, the students obviously promote their professinal pride, character adaption, hands practicing and self-control.
