四川泸州山银花挥发油化学成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

摘    要:目的研究泸州地区产山银花挥发油的化学成分。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取山银花挥发油,采用GC-MS联用仪对其进行分析鉴定,并用面积归一化法测定其百分含量。结果山银花挥发油共分离出47个组分,鉴定了其中31个成分,占挥发油总量的89.67%。其中,含量超过1%的有23个,芳樟醇含量最高,达24.51%。结论该法分离效果良好,所鉴定组分较准确,对泸州地区产山银花挥发油的开发应用研究有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Objective To identify the compositions of volatile oil from Luzhou Flos Lonicerae.Methods The volatile oil was extracted from Flos Lonicerae through steam distillation method.GC-MS was used for the determination of volatile oil.The relative contents of constituents were determined by area normalization method.Results 31 among the 47 separated constituents were identified,which constituted 89.67% of the total amounts,the contents of 23 compounds were over 1%,Linalool was the richest(24.51%).Conclusion This method is provided with good separative effect.It is excellent to separate and determine the components of volatile oil from Luzhou Flos Lonicerae,and to offer reference value in the development and application study on the volatile oil.
