摘    要:目的探讨应用微波技术检测学生脑力负荷后微波辐射量的变化,客观评价学生学习疲劳状况。方法采用中国科学院长春物理研究所研制的微波辐射计,检测高中、初中和小学生额部正中(即印堂穴与发际之间连线的中点)部位,观察受试者第一节上课前和脑力负荷后微波辐射量的变化。采用校字试验计算大脑工作能力指数(AYP),观察微波辐射量变化与AYP变化是否一致。结果学生考试后、数节文化课后、学习脑力负荷后头部微波辐射量均值呈下降趋势(P0.01),平均下降幅度在1.8~10.3之间。学生脑力负荷后的疲劳状况与微波辐射量的下降存在着明显相关性。经过数节文化课学生脑力负荷后微波辐射量和AYP指数均呈一致的下降趋势。虽然两种方法均能反映学生脑力负荷的变化,但校字法变异系数明显大于微波法,表明微波法比校字法稳定。结论学生脑力负荷后微波辐射量呈现规律性下降;应用微波技术检测其变化作为客观评价学生脑力疲劳的方法,有一定的应用前景。
