V-Y肌腱瓣修补和可吸收防粘膜应用于治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂

目的研究V-Y肌腱瓣修补和可吸收防粘膜应用于治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂的手术方法及疗效。方法2003年1月～2008年6月，我科对13例陈旧性跟腱断裂患者，采用小腿三头肌V-Y肌腱瓣修补术和可吸收防粘膜覆盖治疗，修补跟腱缺损距离为3．4-6．0cm，平均距离4．5cm。结果13例患者均获随访，时间为6个月～4年，平均随访2年3个月，按Amer-Lindholm疗效评定标准评估，优10例（77％）良3例（23％），优良率为100％。结论对于陈旧性跟腱断裂，小腿三头肌V-Y肌腱瓣修补和可吸收防粘膜的应用能促进跟腱的愈合，减少术后并发症，，是一种有效的手术方法。

Surgical treatment of the rerupture of Achilles tendon with V-Y tenoplasty and Absorb anti-adhesion membrane coverage

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of the rerupture of Achilles tendon with V-Y tenoplasty and absorb anti-adhesion membrane coverage. Methods 2003.1 ～ 2008.6, 13 cases with old rupture of Achilles tendon were treated with V-Y tenoplasty and absorb anti-adhesion membrane coverage in our department, the tendon gap was 3.4～6.0cm, 4.5cm on average. Results All cases were followed up for 6 months to 4 years, 2 years and 3 months on av-erage. The Amer-Lindholm method was used to assess the results of surgical treatment. 10cases gained the excellent re-suits(77%), 3 cases good (23%), with the excellent and good rate being 100%. Conclusion The V-Y tenoplasty with ab-sorb anti-adhesion membrane coverage is effective for Achilles tendon rerupture, which can reduce postoperative com-plication and enhance healing.
