268例甲亢病人的肌活检及临床分析

目的：为了观察甲亢病人治疗前后的肌病理改变。方法：对268例住院甲亢病人在抗甲状腺药物治疗前作肌病理活检及对16例有肌病理改变者进行治疗后肌活检复查，260例进行光镜检查和8例进行电镜检查。结果：在268例肌活检中，28.7%（77/268）的甲亢病人有肌病理改变，14.3%（3/21）在临床已诊断甲亢肌病者，无肌病理改变，25%（4/16）有肌病理改变的病例在甲亢治疗后，其肌病理改变仍未恢复。结论：甲亢病人的肌病理改变是常见的，其发生率与甲亢的病程及病情的轻重程度有关，肌病理的恢复与肌萎缩的程度有关，其恢复的时间要比甲亢症状恢复的时间长。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON THE RESULTS OF MUSCLE BIOPSY OF 268 CASES OF HYPERTHYROIDISM

Objective:To observe the pathological changes of the muscular structure in the patient suffering from hyperthyroidism Methods:The muscle tissues from 268 cases of hyperthyroidism that were hospitalized in our department were examined in biopsy before anti thyroid drug (ATD) treatments Within this group of patients,16 cases with muscle pathologic changes had been in biopsy twice before and after ATD 260 cases were examined microscopi ally and 8 cases by electron microscope Results:77 cases (28 7%) out of 268 cases had muscle pathologic changes,3 cases (14 3%) out of 21 cases had not muscle pathologic changes in thyrotoxic myopathy who had been diagnosed from clincal experiensces;4 cases (25%) out of 16 cases that had obvious muscle pathologic changes had not remarkably recovered in biopsy after treatments Conclusion:Muscle pathologic changes in hyperthyroidism is common Its incidence is well correlated with the course of disease and severity degree of the disease Its recovery is well correlated with degree of amyotrophy Its duration of recovery induced by hyperthyroidism is longer than that of hyperthyroidism symptom itself
