| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种改进的斑点酶标法诊断包虫病的初步结果。对60例经手术证实的包虫病患者的阳性率为93.33％.56例正常人的假阳性率为1.79％,与猪囊虫病患者血清有一定的交叉反应。比较了改进的斑点ELISA、IHA、ELISA的阳性率和假阳性率以及与猪囊虫病患者的交叉反应程度。观察了棘球蚴原液粗抗原与Burstein法提取的纯化抗原的敏感性和特异性及用量与交叉反应的关系。比较了三种底物该法对包虫病的流调和病人的快速诊断有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | The preliminary results of hydatidosis diagnosis by a modified dot-ELISA are presented in this paper. Positive rate for 60 surgically confirmed patients was 93.33% while the false positive rate for 56 normal controls was 1.79% and certain cross-reactions were observed with sera from patients with cysticeri infection. Positive, false positive and cross-reaction rates by modified dot-ELISA, IHA and ELISA were compared and, influences of crude cyst fluid antigen and Burstein antigen on the sensitivity, specificity and cross-reaction were observed. Three kinds of substrate were compared. It is demostrated that the modified method was valuable in the epidemiologic survey and rapid diagnosis of hydatidosis. |
