中老年女性颅脑肿瘤术后心理特征分析

目的调查中老年女性颅脑肿瘤患者术后心理特征，为提高患者术后生活质量提供理论指导。方法对30例中老年女性颅脑肿瘤患者术2周后应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）分析其心理特征。结果30例颅脑肿瘤患者手术2周时SCL-90测试总分值≥160分者占56．67％，阳性项目数≥43项者占43．33％。因子发生频率居前4位的因子依次是焦虑、抑郁、强迫和躯体化。各因子分值与1999年常模比较，除偏执、人际关系敏感和精神病性因子外其他因子均高于常模，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中老年女性颅脑肿瘤患者术后心理健康状态较差，且易患心理疾病。开展术后心理治疗对于提高术后生活质量非常必要。

Analysis on psychological characteristics of the middle-aged female patients with brain tumors after surgery

Objective To explore the psychological characteristics of the middle-aged female patients with brain tumors after surgery and provide theoretical instruction to improve their life quality. Methods The 30 meddle-aged female patients with brain tumors were evaluated with symptom checklist-90 (SCL-90) 2 weeks after surgery and the data would be compared with the mean of national norm ( 1999 ). Results The total scores of 17 meddle-aged female patients with brain tumors 2 weeks after surgery were higher than 160 (56.67%), the positive items number of 13 subjects were more than 43 (43.33%). Besides, four factors of SCL-90 were usually the highest among all factors, including anxiety ( 46. 67% ), depression ( 36. 37% ), obsesscompulsiveness (33.33%)and somatization symptoms (33.33%). All the factors of SCL-90 were significantly higher than those of norm ( 1999 ), except for paranoid ideation, sensitive relationship with people and psychotic factors. Conclusions Psychological states of the meddle-aged female patients with brain tumors were poorer than the national norm and susceptible to mental disorder 2 weeks after surgery. Thus it is vital to provide psychological therapy for them to impropve their life quality after surgery.
