倍他乐克对慢性心衰病人QT离散度的影响

目的探讨β-受体阻断剂倍他乐克对慢性心衰患者QT离散度（QTd）的影响。方法采用随机分组的方法,将65例慢性心衰患者分为治疗组和对照组,观察用倍他乐克治疗第1天、第7天、第14天、第21天QTd的变化。结果慢性心衰治疗组与慢性心衰对照组比较,入院第1天心电图之QTd无显著差异,治疗第7、14、21天比较2组QTd有显著差异;慢性心衰治疗组第1天与第7、12、21天相比较QTd均有显著性差异;慢性心衰治疗组第7天与第14、21天相比较和慢性心衰对照组慢性心衰治疗组第1天与第7、12、21天相比较,QTd均有不同程度降低,但无显著性差异。结论倍他乐克能显著降低慢性心衰患者的QTd,使心肌复极化趋向同步,能有效的防止恶性室性心律失常的发生。

Influence of Metoprolol on the QT Dispersion in Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the effect of Metoprolol（β-blockade） on the QT[ dispersion（QTd） in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods The 65patients are divided into the comparison groupand and the experiment group, the comparison groupand are 38 patients,the experiment group are 27 patients.The former is treated routinely,and the later is treated with atenolol additionally.Then we observe the changes of QT dispersion（QTd）on the first,7th,14th and 21th day.Results The comparison groupand and the experiment group dont change markedly on the first day in QTd~ there are evident changes on the 7th ,14th, and 21th day~ the experiment group on the first day and on the 7th,14th,21th day do change markedly.COnclusion Metoprolol could diminish dispersion QTd of CHF patients,.which is beneficial for preventing malignant ventricular arrthythmia.
