毛银花挥发油成分研究

摘    要:目的:分析毛银花挥发油化学成分。方法:采用GC-MS法,W ILLEY138.L谱库自动检索。结果:通过计算机自动检索,共鉴定出29个组分,并用面积归一化法计算出各组分的相对百分含量。结论:为毛银花的品质评价提供参考。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oils from the dry flower buds of Lonicera similis Hemsl.var.omeiensis Hsu et H.J.Wang.Method:The chemical constituents were sparated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results:29 Components were identified,and their relative contents were determined by normalization method of area.Conclustion:This study provides reference for evaluating the quality of the dry flower buds of Lonicera similis Hemsl.var.omeiensisHsu et H.J.Wang.
